The Rockwell hardness test information may correlate to tensile strength, wear resistance, ductility, and other physical characteristics of metallic materials, and may be useful in quality control and selection of materials.   • All the models conform to respective standards as listed below:
    • IS : 3804, BS 10109-2 & ASTM E-18 for Rockwell Test
    • IS : 5073, BS 10189-2 & ASTM E-18 for Rockwell Superficial Test
  • Analogue: These testers are manually operated testers for Rockwell Hardness Tests. The test force selection is done by external dialing and it comes with an auto-zero setting dial gauge. The testers can apply forces with the magnitude listed below:
    • Preliminary Test Force of 98.07N (10kgf)
    • Total Test Force of 588.4, 980.7, 1471N (60, 100, 150 kgf).
  • Digital: These testers are motorized testers for Rockwell Hardness Tests. They provide automatic operation cycles that include load, dwell & unload, which would save time for the operators. The test force selection is done by external dialing and it comes with an LCD,. The testers can apply forces with the magnitude listed below:
    • Preliminary Test Force of 98.07N (10kgf)
    • Total Test Force of 588.4, 980.7, 1471N (60, 100, 150 kgf)
  • Rockwell cum Superficial Hardness Testers: These testers are manually operated testers for Rockwell and Rockwell Superficial Hardness Tests. The test force selection is done by external dialing and is available with an auto-zero setting dial gauge for analogue machines and an LCD for digital ones. For measuring Brinell hardness either hand-held Brinell microscope or BIAS are offered. The testers can apply forces with the magnitude listed below:
    • Preliminary Test Force of 29.42, 98.07N (3, 10kgf)
    • Total Test Force of 147.1, 294.2, 441.3, 588.4, 980.7, 1471N (15, 30, 45, 60, 100, 150 kgf)
