Prem Kalliath has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University and Masters Degree in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management.
Prem has a total work experience of about 25 years across consulting and operating roles. He started his career with Accenture, a leading global management firm, where he was part of the team that created the market in India for consulting services. In his 15 years at Accenture, he worked in a variety of leadership roles.
In his earlier association with Blue Star (2008-mid 2012), Prem led Blue Star Design & Engineering (BSDEL) the offshore MEP Engineering Services entity focused on providing engineering, BIM and CAD drawings for global AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Contracting companies) for about 4 years. He was also instrumental in setting up the Corporate Planning Team for the Blue Star Group.
Subsequently, Prem worked with India Value Fund, a leading India-focused private equity fund, where he was seconded as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Meru Cabs, the pioneer and leader in the fast-growing technology-led cab services market.
Prem joined as the CEO of Blue Star E&E in May 2016 and was mandated to profitably grow the existing business lines, accelerate the migration to a more durable and value-added systems integration business, capture opportunities in adjacent product markets and create a platform for incubating new ideas.
Bijal Shah has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Mumbai.
Bijal is a seasoned Medtech Industry leader with 20+ years hands-on experiences in various global MNC’s including Johnson & Johnson Medical, GE Healthcare, Medtronic, Philips leading business growth/turnaround through focus on people, processes, performance and profitability. Bijal has multi-cultural exposure living in India and ASEAN countries working in global markets, managing both Industrial (manufacturing) and commercial (P&L) entities.
Bijal has recently joined Blue Star as Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare Business with focus on expanding Blue Star’s footprint in the diagnostic imaging and medical devices market in India & Global Emerging markets.
Rajesh Sahu holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB) and an Engineering degree from VSSUT, Burla. With a career spanning over three decades across various companies, functions, and industries, he possesses a dynamic and diverse professional background.
His extensive experience includes building new businesses from the ground zero, turning around and scaling different business lines, adept sales management, solution engineering, product management, design and manufacturing, and project management. Throughout his career, Rajesh has demonstrated remarkable adaptability, effectively leading diverse businesses across markets and technologies such as secondary packaging, end-of-line automation, material handling, automated warehousing systems (ASRS), supply chain solutions, consumables, and services. His strengths include critical problem-solving ability, motivational leadership style, and adaptability to changing business dynamics.
Before joining Blue Star E&E, Rajesh served as a General Manager at Signode India Limited, a global technology leader. Prior to this, he held positions at Strapex India Limited and Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Limited.
Suresh Subramanya is an Instrumentation Engineer from the R V College of Engineering of Bangalore. His professional career with Blue Star E&E spanned more than 29 years, including last 8 years as Chief Business Officer for Data Security division.
Suresh is Digital thought leader and result oriented professional when it comes to formulating goals and generating revenue/ profits for the business.
His strengths include exceptional communication skills, consultative and trusted advisor sales style, strong executive relationships, problem solving abilities and strong business acumen
Yogesh Joshi is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Certified Public Accountant from Arizona State University, USA.
Yogesh joined Blue Star E&E as the Financial Controller in December 2016, has in the last 5 years led the transformation of the Financial and Commercial functions at Blue Star E&E. During his tenure, Blue Star E&E has achieved significant milestones in terms of streamlining the commercial processes, the successful execution of the single largest Government Healthcare CT scan project. He has been instrumental in realizing legacy and challenging receivables from government customers. He has achieved significant progress in capital employed management, cash flow operations thereby improving the quality of the balance sheet.
Recently, Yogesh has been appointed as Chief Finance Officer. He will continue to drive corporate initiatives and work closely with the business verticals for smooth flow.
Mandar Hublikar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has also completed a PGDBA in Human Resources from IES Management Institute, Mumbai.
With 16+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership, Mandar has worked in various organizations like Abbott Healthcare, DDB Mudra Group, and Triangle Global. He brings valued experience in the space of Talent Management, Performance Management, Business Integration, and Change Management.
Mandar has recently joined Blue Star as Chief People Officer, with a clear agenda to make Blue Star E&E a market-aligned, agile, and high-growth organization that motivates, retains, and attracts the best talent.
Ashwin Rao holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the IIT, Bombay. He has also completed a PGDM in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
With 14+ years of experience in Strategy Formulation & Operational Excellence across B2C and B2B industries, Ashwin has worked in Times Group, Roland Berger, Tata Strategic Management Group, Motorola India, etc. He has planned & executed organization-wide and brand-centric programs to deliver growth metrics and cost efficiencies. He has engaged with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Supply Chain, Marketing & Technology, Product & Content and Leadership teams to manage business, implement go-to-market efforts and execute brand campaigns & innovations
Currently, Ashwin is Business Head for Warehouse Automation business where he was instrumental in conceiving and implementing every facet of the business, from its inception. He adeptly manages end-to-end P&L responsibilities, driving impactful business development strategies, overseeing strategic team recruitment and skill enhancement, and fostering global collaborations to further elevate the venture’s success.
Atul P Kulkarni is the Chief Business Officer for the Healthcare division at Blue Star E&E. He has 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Diagnostic space with industry giants like Siemens Healthineers and Philips Healthcare.
Atul is passionate about Conceptualizing & Implementing Practical Solutions, Processes and Optimal Operating Models in a dynamic business environment prone to uncertainty and risks. He is keen to bring the best practices from healthcare industry and translate the same into frameworks which can be implemented for improving the overall efficiency and productivity.

Bhushan Kudale holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from V.J.T.I, University of Mumbai and MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, USA. He has a certification in Artificial Intelligence application in Marketing from IIM Calcutta.
Bhushan joined Blue Star E&E in May 2022 and currently leads the Testing Machines Division. He has over 19 years of experience in driving product & process improvements, strategy formulation and delivering revenue growth & profitability. Before joining Blue Star he was associated with global MNCs such as Ingersoll Rand and Total Energies. Over the years he has taken cross functional assignments spanning production, engineering, program management, product management, marketing, and sales within India and USA handling various product lines. He brings in expertise in the areas of product commercialization, revenue stream diversification, solutions offering, channel management and sales excellence. He has experience working with customers across Automotive & Ancillaries, Railways, Defence, Heavy Machinery, Oil & Gas, Metals, and others.
Prem Aruliah John is a Mechanical Engineer and has a post-graduate diploma in Marketing, Operations & Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University in 1995.
Prem is a seasoned and accomplished professional with over 2 decades of experience in Steering Business Operations, Sales & Business Development, Project Management, Automation, Metrology and Testing Machines, Customer Relationship Management across India. He also has a proven track record of linking corporate vision to delivery of desired results through effective use of resources, processes, technologies & solutions.
Prem has been associated with Blue Star for more than 15 years and currently, he is the Business Head of Metrology Business. Before Blue Star, he has also worked with some industry giants like Perceptron and Hitech India.
Amit Sharma, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Gujarat University, boasts over 12 years of experience in Industrial Sales. His journey with Blue Star began in 2012, evolving from a motivated Sales Engineer to his current role as a skilled Business Head in NDT Solutions. This progression showcases his unwavering commitment to excellence, refining a diverse skill set that includes Key Account Management, influential leadership, and unwavering self-confidence.

Commencing his career at Bergen System as Sales Engineer in 2005, Nikhil transitioned to Komax AG in 2008 as Asst Manager-Sales & Service. In 2016, he assumed roles at Maxim SMT, serving as Business Development Manager for the West Region and Product Manager for Wiring Harness Equipment. Recently, Nikhil joined BlueStar in January 2024 as Business Head-Electronics Assembly & Testing Solutions.
